Q. What is that "Reserve My Seat" fee?
A. On the payment page you'll be asked to pay a $20 "reserve my seat" fee (discountable from the final price of your order). Why do I ask for this fee? Alot of people tend to order a design and when it comes to payment, they "forget" about it so there's a waste of my time :( I'm really sorry I have to charge this fee but I hope you'll understand my reasons for doing this. THIS FEE IS 100% discountable from the final price! So if you order a $57 header, the payment will be split like this: $20 as the "reserve my seat" fee and $37 as the rest of the payment needed to end the transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: this fee does not apply
for orders lower than $30.
Q. Is the "Reserve My Seat" fee refundable?
A. NO, it is
not refundable.
Q. Alex, what is your average turnaround time for a design?
A. Usually it would take everywhere from 7 to 14 business days to deliver the first draft but it depends on the workload at the moment of your purchase. For changes you should allow 1 or 2 days, also depending on the workload at the time.
Q. What if I want to order a design style not listed on your website?
A. Well, all you have to is contact me and let me know about your request. I will get back to you with a reply in 24 to 48 hours.
Q. Can you create designs with my own pictures? I have a picture of me taken by a professional photographer and I want to use that for my website.
A. Hey, that's great! Mention that in the order form (there's a special field for that) and I will get back to you and ask for the picture. What I ask you for is to have the picture ready and if posible try to have a medium resolution ( about 400 pixels or more wide) file.
Q. I have my own logo I want to use. Is that posible?
A. This is very posible, don't worry. There's a special field on the order form where you have to mention about the logo. After you place your order I will get back to you and ask you for the logo. You can send the logo either in jpg/gif/png/tiff or psd format. BUT if you can not provide the logo in psd format but only in a compressed format (such as jpg, gif, png, tiff), please try to send a medium to high resolutition file.
Q. Do you install webscripts like DL Guard, JV Manager, Buterfly Marketing, and so on?
A. Sorry, but I do not provide this service...
Q. Do you create custom MySpace profiles?
A. I usually don't but if you need smth like that please contact for further details.
Q. How will I receive my design?
A. I will zip the file, upload it to my server and send you a download link. I can also send it by email, if you want me to.
Q. I lost the files for my design! Can you resend them?
A. Do not worry! I keep all the designs backup for years on my hard drive, my hosting server and on backup CDs so if something goes wrong and you loose your files all you have to do is contact me and I'll send you the files again.
Q. What happens if I don't like the design?
A. If that occurs (altough I doubt it will) I will give all your money back. All of them.
Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A. Yes, I do, but please contact me first for more info.
Q. Do you offer an affiliate program for BlingCovers.com?
A. Not at this moment. But if you want to set up a JV or something similar please visit my JV page for more details.
Q. Where is BlingCovers.com located?
A. I do all my business from Vaslui, Romania
Q. How do I pay you? Can I use Paypal?
A. Because I live in Romania I am not able to have a Paypal account. I use 2CheckOut for all the transactions. It is fast, reliable and secure. You can use any type of debit/credit card for your purchase.
Q. Can you also host my website?
A. No, I do not handle hosting for my clients but I can recommend you my hosting provider: Servage.com. If you are interested and want to make a purchase, use any of these codes: alexcercel, cust27822, blingcovers or simply bling to get an additional 25GB of extra storage. Another VERY good hosting company I personally use is LunarPages. Lunar Pages is more reliable and uses CPanel as a control panel. It also gives you a great deal on diskspace and bandwidth. AND the thing I really like about Lunar Pages is that they give your $700 worth of websoftware for free, if you decide to use their services. This bonus is really great and it's a real value for everybody :)
Q. I sent you an email. Why didn't I receive a reply from yet?
A. Because I use an Anti-Spam system you will have to validate your email address before I receive your email. Here's what happens when you send me an email for the first time:
- you send me the email
- you receive and email from Servage Antispam System with the subject line: Autoreply: YourEmailSubject (validate: YourEmailAddress), where YourEmailSubject is the suject of the email you sent to me and YourEmailAddress is the email address you sent me the email from.
- you have to validate your email by clicking a link inside the validation email.
Please note that you only have to validate your email address once, when you send me the first email.
